VelaYPath provides educational programs, workshops, courses and related materials aimed at personal growth and self-development. Descriptions of services, schedules and fees are available on the website and in promotional materials.

We may modify, update or discontinue services at any time. Changes will be communicated via the website or direct notices to affected users. Users will be informed of material changes with reasonable notice.

While we strive to maintain continuous availability, access to online resources may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or for reasons beyond our control. VelaYPath does not ensure uninterrupted service.

Users are expected to act responsibly when participating in VelaYPath activities. The following rules apply to participation and content submissions.

You may submit text, images, comments or other content in connection with courses or community features. Please observe the rules above when contributing content.

You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to any rights you grant to VelaYPath to use that content for the purposes described below.

By submitting content you grant VelaYPath a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and display the content for the purpose of providing and promoting our services, including marketing and educational use.

You are responsible for the content you submit. VelaYPath does not endorse user content and may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

VelaYPath reserves the right to remove or restrict access to user content that breaches these terms, infringes rights of others, or is otherwise objectionable.

All intellectual property rights in the VelaYPath platform, content, course materials and branding belong to VelaYPath or its licensors unless otherwise indicated. You may not use or reproduce protected materials without prior authorization.

• Do not reproduce or distribute course materials outside permitted uses.
• Do not remove or alter copyright, activity or other proprietary notices.
• Request written permission for any commercial use of VelaYPath intellectual property.

Certain courses and features are offered as paid services. Fees, payment schedules and terms for paid services are described at the time of purchase.

Prices for paid services are displayed in the checkout process and may include applicable taxes. VelaYPath makes reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy but reserves the right to correct errors.

Payments can be made using the payment methods specified during checkout. Payment information is processed by third-party payment providers; VelaYPath does not store full payment card details.

Subscription services renew automatically at the interval selected unless cancelled. Users may manage or cancel subscriptions through their account settings or by contacting support.

Refunds for paid services are handled in accordance with the stated refund policy available at the time of purchase. Refunds, when offered, are processed after verification of the request and applicable conditions.

You may cancel paid services as described in the subscription or purchase terms. Cancellation does not necessarily result in an automatic refund; see the refund policy for details.

Users are responsible for any taxes applicable to purchases in their jurisdiction. VelaYPath may collect taxes where required by law.

VelaYPath may update pricing or fees; changes to subscription prices will be communicated in advance where required by law or contractual terms.

Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of access to paid services. VelaYPath may pursue collection for outstanding amounts as permitted by law.

Information and materials provided by VelaYPath are for educational purposes and general personal development. Results from participation in programs vary by individual and depend on personal circumstances, effort and other factors.

To the extent permitted by law, VelaYPath’s liability for direct damages is limited to the fees paid by the user for the relevant service in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. VelaYPath is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

VelaYPath may integrate or link to third-party tools, services or content. Use of such third-party offerings is governed by the third party’s terms and privacy policies. VelaYPath is not responsible for third-party services.

VelaYPath may suspend or terminate access to services for users who breach these terms or for operational reasons. Termination may result in loss of access to content, community features and related data.

Upon termination, certain provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including intellectual property, limitation of liability and dispute resolution clauses.

VelaYPath processes personal data in accordance with the privacy notice available at VelaYPath.digital/privacy. The privacy notice explains what information we collect, how we use it and how you can exercise your rights.

By providing contact details you consent to receive administrative messages related to your account, bookings and service updates. Marketing communications are subject to your consent and preferences.

VelaYPath may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the website with the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any legal actions shall be brought in the competent courts in Switzerland, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.

Parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably through good faith discussions. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in the courts specified under applicable law.
